Newsday is a classroom simulation where students produce their own newspaper, to real deadlines, using live news and writing for a real audience.

Students will write articles and post them on the Newsday web site for everyone to see.

Students can use Newsday stories to make a newspaper or news broadcast for radio or television.

Deadline for articles: Tuesday, 29 May 2001.

Articles may be viewed and downloaded: from
4 June 2001.

Newspaper deadline: 3pm Friday, 15 June 2001.

Final newspapers posted: 29 June 2001.
